You’ll be required to:

• Assist with basic care needs, including but not limited to: dressing, bathing, eating and ambulating
• Conduct charting on various vital signs
• Consistently report to care manager 
• Be responsible, empathetic and understanding with residents

You’ll be required to:

• Prepare tables for meals
• Frequently stand, lift or move items up to 50 lbs
• Have positive, energetic attitude and respect residents
• Assist residents with sitting, standing or walking

• Provide basic housekeeping duties, like changing sheets, cleaning residents’ rooms and restocking supplies.
• Clean disinfect and store cleaning material by end of shift
• Work with team of housekeepers 
• Report cases of property damage or theft 

• Review patient records and discuss current medications with staff nurses
• Prepare proper dosages and distribute medications to residents
• Document all medicines taken to ensure patient records are current
• Coordinate medication changes, refills, and deliveries with patient physicians and pharmacies

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms.
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
