Chef Alex is a Johnson and Wales University trained chef who spent years serving members at the Hyde Park Country Club. Even though he’s a master of his craft, he still distributes comment cards to ensure he keeps our resident’s discerning palates in mind with every meal. Chef Alex hosts a monthly “Cooking with Alex” with great samples provided for all. All meals are a full-service restaurant-style experience keeping with our service-focused mission.
