You’ll be required to:
Assist with basic care needs, including but not limited to: dressing, bathing, eating and ambulating.
Conduct charting on various vital signs.
Consistently report to care manager.
Be responsible, empathetic and understanding with residents.

You’ll be required to:
Provide basic housekeeping duties, like changing sheets, cleaning residents’ rooms and restocking supplies.
Clean, disinfect, and store cleaning material by end of shift.
Work with team of housekeepers.
Report cases of property damage or theft.

You’ll be required to:
Review patient records and discuss current medications with staff nurses.
Prepare proper dosages and distribute medications to residents.
Document all medicines taken to ensure patient records are current.
Coordinate medication changes, refills, and deliveries with patient physicians and pharmacies.

You’ll be required to:
Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas.
Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms.
Cleaning eating areas after meals.
Bringing in delivered food items from vendors providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation.
